Do I need an appointment?

We welcome walk-ins during scheduled showroom hours. To ensure we can provide uninterrupted, personalized attention to your project, appointments are recommended.

Do you offer a free consultation?

Yes. We offer a complimentary 30-minute consultation. Please bring any notes, approximate measurements, inspiration photos, and initial ideas you would like to discuss.

Can I use my own contractor?

Absolutely. We are happy to work with your contractor. If needed, we can also recommend trusted local professionals. Working with your own contractor allows you to maintain control of your contractor selection and labor costs.

Will Dzyna provide plans and specifications for my contractor?

Yes. Our projects include detailed blueprints and specifications to ensure accurate installation and clear communication.

Can I purchase cabinetry, tile or countertops only?

Yes. If you already have plans, we can quote cabinetry, tile, countertops, lighting, plumbing fixtures along with other materials independently.

Do you offer design-only services?

Yes. We can provide professional desing services and detailed blueprints even if you are not purchasing materials through us.

What areas due you serve?

We primarily serve Rhode Island, southeastern Massachusetts, and nearby areas. We also assist clients nationwide through virtual consultations and direct material shipping.

How long does the design process take?

Every project is unique. Following the initial consultation and design discussions, detailed plans and specifications are typically completed within approximately three business days after the final design direction is approved.

What should I bring to my consultation?

Bring photos of your space, approximate measurements, inspiration images, and any ideas you’d like to discuss. We also encourage notes regarding cabinetry, countertops, colors, storage needs, and other features important to your project.

Do I need final measurements before meeting with Dzyna?

No. Approximate measurements are perfectly acceptable for an initial consultation. We can discuss your goals, layout ideas, and product selections before final field measurements are obtained.

How much does a typical kitchen or bath remodel cost?

Every project is unique and pricing varies based on room size, materials selected, and project scope. During your complimentary consultation, we can discuss your goals and provide guidance on budget ranges that fit your project.

Do you offer showroom appointments outside normal business hours?
